Design and Systems Thinking Strategies for PBL

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Design Thinking, as well as systems thinking, continue to gain momentum in educational contexts. This session will focus on strategies for implementing elements of Design Thinking and systems thinking in Project-based learning. While most examples will have a focus on Humanities, the strategies, techniques and resources provided could be applied in a variety of contexts. A general understanding of Design Thinking and systems thinking would be helpful for the session, but is certainly not required as there will be a variety of resources offered. Those looking for new ways to engage student thinking around problem-solving are encouraged to attend.
